ISPR says armed forces of Pakistan are determined to eliminate the scourge of terrorism
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Army's gentleman Cadet Arifullah, who bravely foiled the attack of terrorists on the mosque in Lakki Marwat district 25th October, was laid to rest with full military honour in his native area.
The Inter Services Public Relations said in a statement that a large number of senior officers of Pakistan Army, soldiers, relatives of martyr and elders of the area participated in the funeral prayer and burial of the martyr.
Armed forces of Pakistan are determined to eliminate the scourge of terrorism from the motherland at any cost.
A day earlier, cadet Arifullah, who was under training at PMA Kakul, was on leave at his hometown, and he was present in the mosque for prayers when the attack was launched.
As soon as terrorists started firing, he immediately responded and fought them bravely. However, during the incident, the 19-year-old cadet embraced martyrdom sacrificing his life, while saving many innocent lives of worshippers.
