LODHRAN (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, addressing a laptop and scholarship ceremony in Lodhran on Thursday, declared crimes against women and children her “red line.”
She also announced distribution of 9,005 laptops to students from Multan and Bahawalpur divisions, emphasized equal opportunities across Punjab, and highlighted major initiatives in housing, healthcare, infrastructure, cleanliness, and law enforcement.
She said her government had curbed mafia influence, improved public safety, and launched large-scale development projects within a short period, reaffirming her commitment to accountability and public service.
Maryam Nawaz highlighted progress under her government, including housing projects, free plots, road construction, hospitals, and healthcare initiatives, adding that police respond swiftly to harassment cases. She said Punjab was being made crime- and mafia-free through strict governance and accountability.
