KARACHI (Dunya News) – As every year, Muslims are eagerly waiting and anticipating the exact day Eidul Fitr will fall.

According to meteorological department, the moon of Shawal would born on March 29 at 3:58 minutes. In this regard, the session of Ruet-e-Hilal committee would be convened on March 30 (29 Ramazan).

The age of moon would be around 27 hours at the time of the session. Experts opine the moon would be clearly visible. It would remain visible for one hour.

The spokesperson added there are high chances that the moon would be seen on March 30. So, first Shawal would be on March 31.

It bears mentioning that the Ruet-e-Hilal committee would officially make announcement in this regard.
