KP governor to attend 'Grand Jirga' accepting invitation of CM Gandapur

The jirga will discuss current political and security situation in the KP province
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM Ali Amin Gandapur has invited KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi for the ‘Grand Jirga’.
KP Governor Kundi has accepted the invitation and postponed all his engagements in Islamabad.
He left for Peshawar from Islamabad to attend the Grand Jirga.
It is pertinent to note that Federal Minister For Interior Mohsin Naqvi will also attend the Grand Jirga to discuss the political and security situation.
The Grand Jirga has been hosted by KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur and will be held at Chief Minister House in Peshawar.
The Jirga will be also attended by members of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, leaders of political parties and tribal elders.
The purpose of this jirga is to consider the current political and security situation in the province and to reach a consensus for an action plan.
