LHC withdraws order barring authorities from arresting Usman Buzdar

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday withdrew its order barring law enforcement agencies from arresting former Punjab chief minister and PTI leader Usman Buzdar.
A five member bench, headed by Justice Baqir Ali Najfi, withdrew the order issued a single-member LHC bench.
Earlier, the LHC had issued an order to the Punjab anti-corruption department, barring them from arresting Mr Buzdar in various secret cases. Justice Tariq Salim Sheikh had presided over the hearing and ordered the anti-corruption department to submit a response.
Mr Buzdar is facing multiple allegations of corruption.
