CM Balochistan visits Quetta attack site, vows to pursue terrorists to last

QUETTA (Dunya News) - Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti visited the Quetta blast site on Saturday to review the security situation and assess the response of law enforcement agencies.
During the visit, the chief minister met personnel of the security forces and police, praising their swift and effective response. He lauded the police and Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) for their professionalism and bravery in handling the situation.
Sarfraz Bugti said the timely action taken against terrorists was commendable, stressing that anti-state forces would not be spared under any circumstances. “There will be no compromise on peace in Balochistan,” he asserted.
In a post on X, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti highlighted that security forces had killed 70 terrorists at various locations across the province during the past two days.
“In the morning, in an attempt to shore up their declining morale, Fitna-al-Hindustan terrorists attempted to carry out attacks at multiple locations, which the courageous police of Balochistan and brave personnel of the FC (Frontier Corps) are jointly thwarting and have killed 37 more terrorists so far.”
“These attacks cannot undermine our resolve against terrorism; we will continue to pursue them until the last terrorist,” CM Bugti added.

The chief minister reiterated that such attacks would not weaken the state’s resolve against terrorism. “We will continue to pursue terrorists and their facilitators until the last one is eliminated,” he vowed.
