Non-bailable warrants issued against Ali Amin Gandapur

An Islamabad court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants against former KP chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur in an audio leak case, deferring proceedings until February 21.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - In the audio leak case against former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur, the court has initiated proclaimed offender proceedings.
The District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Gandapur and ordered law enforcement authorities to arrest him and present him before the court.

The case was heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasruminallah Baloch. While the co-accused appeared in court, Gandapur remained absent, prompting the court to defer the indictment proceedings.
The court has adjourned further hearing of the case until February 21. A case against Gandapur has been registered at Golra police station.
