Education authorities maintained that these supplementary examinations were a last chance for students to redeem themselves academically. They encouraged students who did not pass to seriously take a look at their performance, seek guidance, and prepare diligently for the coming regular academic sessions.

The announcement of these results comes at a time when students are supposed to continue and make sure they fulfill the eligibility criteria for higher secondary studies. Boards across Punjab are expected to facilitate counseling and remedial support for struggling students to help them succeed in future examinations.
