KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Sunday said that the country’s progress depends on the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law, Dunya News reported
The Chief Minister congratulated the successful candidates of the Sindh Bar Council elections. He extended heartfelt congratulations to the winning candidates of People’s Lawyers Forum.
He said that the legal community has always played a key role in upholding the supremacy of the Constitution in the country.
Murad Ali Shah expressed hope that the newly-elected representatives will play an active role in strengthening justice and rule of law in the country, adding that the Pakistan People’s Party has always worked for the independence of the judiciary.
