Zafar expressed his disappointment with the politicisation of his clothing

LAHORE (Web Desk) - A recent viral social media post featuring a jacket worn by singer Ali Zafar sparked rumours of his political affiliation. The jacket had the words "Sher Aya Sher Aya" along with an image of a bat, leading many to believe that Zafar had joined the PML-N party.

However, Zafar took to Twitter to clarify the situation. He shared a video of himself wearing the jacket during a sound check before a show in Toronto and explained that it was just a hoodie with various symbols, including the words Balla and a lion.

Zafar expressed his disappointment with the politicisation of his clothing, stating that he is an artist and should not be dragged into political controversies without proper research. He also clarified that he has not joined any political party.

The viral post and rumors were quickly debunked by Zafar's clarification, which he shared on social media. He urged his fans and followers to refrain from spreading false information without proper verification.
