LONDON (Web Desk) – British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak Friday conveyed his Eidul Fitr greetings to the Muslim community both locally and globally.
He expressed that the festival of Eid is an appropriate occasion to recognize the common values that connect us, particularly the compassion and enthusiasm for helping others and philanthropy.
In addition, he also emphasized the exceptional response from the Muslim community in providing aid to the victims of the recent earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
PM Sunak is also to join Muslims on the Eid occasion at Downing Street.
