47-year old father legally changes gender to win custody of children
ECUADOR (Web Desk) – A 47-year old man changed his gender to woman to help him win custody of his two daughters in the court after acrimonious separation with wife.
Ramos Salinas, while speaking to local media, said he wanted to get his children at every cost. “Being a father in this country, Ecuador, is punishable and seen as a provider”, he added. He said he would give mother’s love to his daughters.
"The laws say that the one who has the right is the woman. As of this moment, I am female. Now I’m also a mom, that’s how I consider myself," Ramos told.
Mr Salinos claimed that his daughters were living in an abusive environment at their mother’s house and he had not met them since separation.
