Google integrates Gemini into Gmail, Google Workspace

AI model Gemini will assist users in various tasks
(Web Desk) - Google has integrated its artificial intelligence (AI) model, Gemini into Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slides and Drive services. Meanwhile, an AI assistant has been introduced for Gmail.
Google services will get Gemini 1.5 pro model which will be installed into side panel of that services home pages.
Google announced in its blogpost that it is integrating Gemini into Gmail and other services’ side panel.
According to Google, AI model will assist the users of that services, users can ask many diverse questions from Gemini model.
As per blogpost, Android and iOS users could use AI tool to draft new email, summarise email thread of Gmail and highlight specific points of summary in the mail.
This update save your time wasted to reading lengthy emails. Google will also roll out Contextual Smart Reply and Gmail Q&A features in mobile devices.
As per Google, Gemini feature in Google services has been rolled out from June 25 which will be available to all users gradually. These features are only available to paid users of Google Workspace.
