Pakistani boxer Mohammad Wasim wins the World Gold Bantam title after a tough 12-round fight against Thailand’s Jakrawat, praising the Pakistan Army and Punjab government support.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistani boxer Mohammad Wasim has won the World Gold Bantam title.
The match, held in the provincial capital, lasted all 12 rounds, after which the referee declared Wasim the winner. He defeated Thailand’s Jakrawat in a hard-fought contest to claim the prestigious title.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohammad Wasim expressed gratitude to the Pakistan Army and the Punjab government for their support, saying their encouragement helped him achieve this honour.
