RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – The hearing of the Toshakhana-II case against former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi is expected to be held at the Adiala Jail today (Saturday).
According to sources, the court staff has informed Salman Safdar, the lawyer of the PTI founder. The last hearing of the Toshakhana-II case was held on October 16 at Adiala Jail. After October 16, the hearing of the case has been adjourned three times.
Sources further said that in the Toshakhana-II case, the recording of evidence, the statements of the accused under Section 342, and the final arguments have been completed. After the prosecution submits its rebuttal, there is a possibility that the verdict will be reserved.
