RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court on Tuesday declared 18 Pakistan Tenreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and workers as proclaimed offenders in the May 9 GHQ attack case.
Among those declared proclaimed offenders by the anti-terrorism court are Shibli Faraz, Omar Ayub, Kanwal Shauzab, Sheikh Rashid Shafiq, and Zartaj Gul.
Apart from them, Mehr Javed, Muhammad Ahmed Chattha, Rai Hassan Nawaz, Bilal Ejaz, Murtaza Khan, Ashraf Sohna, Chaudhry Asif, Shakeel Niazi, Muhammad Ansar Iqbal, Haider Mahmood, Shaheer Sikandar, and Hamza Latif have also been declared proclaimed offenders.
The court has issued orders to seize all immovable properties of the accused, and has also directed the revenue officers of their respective districts to take action.
The court instructed the revenue officers to attach the properties of the accused, stating that if the accused do not surrender before the court within the stipulated time, their properties will be auctioned. The court has also issued notices to the sureties of the accused.
