IED blast in Hangu injures three police personnel including SHO

An IED blast in Hangu injured three policemen, including the station house officer (SHO); police launched an investigation into incident.
HANGU (Dunya News) - A Station House Officer was among the three injured police personnel when an improvised explosive device (IED) blast targeted the convoy of SP Investigation Abdul Samad in the Doaba area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
As per the police sources, the convoy of SP Investigation Abdul Samad, DSP Tal Mujahid and SHO Imranuddin came under and IED attack.
SHO Dowabad Station, Sub Inspector Jahad Ali and constable Abid got injured in the attack. The injured were shifted to the DHQ hospital immediately and their condition is reported to be out of danger.
It merits mentioning a few days earlier, a bomb blast also happened in Hangu as a result of which SP Operations Asad Zubair was killed.
