LAHORE (Dunya News) - Four people lost their lives, and four others were severely injured due to roof collapses in various homes in Lahore caused by heavy rainfall.

According to rescue sources, in the first incident, a person was killed when the roof of a house in Old Anarkali collapsed. The body was recovered from the debris and shifted to Mayo Hospital.

Sources reported that the second tragic incident occurred in Manawala on Bedian Road, where a roof collapse claimed three lives and left four people severely injured. The injured were shifted to General Hospital.

Rescue sources further stated that the deceased include 30-year-old Faizan Ali, 60-year-old Ramzan son of Sufi, 18-year-old Dua Fatima, and 7-year-old Kiran. The severely injured, currently under treatment, are 25-year-old Mafia, 15-year-old Salman, 20-year-old Nazia, and 25-year-old Ikram.
