Pakistani-British student breaks six global academic records

LAHORE (Web Desk) – An 18-year-old British student of Pakistani origin has etched her name in educational history by achieving an extraordinary feat.

Mahnoor Cheema, from London, has excelled in 24 A-Level subjects, shattering four new world records and bringing her total to six world academic titles – a distinction no school student has matched globally.

Mahnoor’s earlier GCSE results had already set two records, and her latest A-Level success has cemented her status as one of the most accomplished students worldwide. Her academic triumphs have now secured her a place at the University of Oxford, where she will study medicine, fulfilling a lifelong ambition.

Born in Lahore, Mahnoor moved to the United Kingdom with her parents in 2006. After attending various schools, she completed her final year through home schooling. She credits her parents’ sacrifices for making her achievements possible.

Beyond academics, Mahnoor holds a diploma in music, has won gold medals in acting and public speaking, and is a member of Mensa, the world’s leading high IQ society.

Her achievements have been recognised by Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who hailed her as the ‘daughter of the nation’.
