Curfew imposed in Jandola area of Tank over security concerns

TANK (Dunya News) – A day-long curfew has been imposed in Tehsil Jandola of Tank District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa due to heightened security concerns, local authorities confirmed.
According to a notification issued by the deputy commissioner, the curfew will remain in effect on Thursday from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
As per the district administration's notification, all commercial centres and shops will remain closed during the curfew, and strict legal action will be taken against those who violate it.
The road from Korh to Jandola will remain closed for all kind of traffic during the curfew hours. Authorities have advised commuters to use alternate routes. The general public has also been requested to cooperate with the administration during the curfew hours.
