ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday stated that through tireless efforts, economic stability has been achieved, while institutional reforms and the process of system correction are ongoing.
In a video statement on the occasion of Pakistan Day, the prime minister said that “on this day, we pay tribute to the Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal. On this day, we determined our clear mission. The Pakistan Resolution is a timeless and radiant document of our commitment. Today, Pakistan is a sovereign nation, and we are a free people.”
He praised the armed forces, who, “inspired by the spirit of martyrdom, are enhancing the glory of Pakistan. In the war against terrorism, the armed forces, Rangers, police, and security institutions are demonstrating remarkable courage. Our forces, equipped with professional capabilities, are driven by the passion for martyrdom.”
Premier Shehbaz said that people of Pakistan are building new worlds in every field of life through their hard work. The parliament, judiciary, and administration are busy fulfilling their constitutional duties.”
He pledged that with the same spirit of dedication, honesty, and continuous effort, “we will transform Pakistan into a developed and great welfare state.”
