Two soldiers martyred, nine terrorists killed in KP operations: ISPR

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The security forces killed nine terrorists in two separate operations carried out in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operations were carried out in Mohmand and Maddi areas of the province.
As many as seven terrorists were killed in the operation carried out in Mohmand, the ISPR said.
Two soldiers of Pak Army also embraced martyrdom in exchange of fire.
Havaldar Muhammad Zahid and Sepoy Aftab Ali Shah sacrificed their lives while defending the homeland.

The second operation was conducted in Maddi area near Dera Ismail Khan in which two terrorists were killed.
Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the security forces as well as innocent civilians.
Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area as the security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.
