ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – President Asif Ali Zardari has suffered a foot fracture and has been sent home after receiving a plaster, with doctors advising complete rest.
According to the spokesperson for the President's House, President Zardari fractured his foot while disembarking from a plane at Dubai airport last night and was immediately taken to the hospital for initial medical treatment.
After an examination, doctors applied a plaster to his foot, which will be removed after four weeks, said the spokesperson.
“President Zardari has been sent home, and doctors have recommended he take complete rest,” the spokesperson added.
