ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – JUI-F emir Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said major issues pertaining to 26th constitutional amendment package have been resolved, adding positive message on the draft has been received from PTI incarcerated founder Imran Khan.
Talking to the media after a long meeting with PPP Bilawal Bhutto on the bill, JUI-F chief said major issues had been settled, adding no big dispute persisted on the draft.
“We got positive response from PTI founder Imran Khan pertaining to the 26th constitutional amendment package.
“We think consultation with PTI is important. So, we kept them informed about the development on the package,” the JUI-F chief said.
The JUI-F chief said PTI has sought time, and its leaders will have a meeting with him on Sunday (today).
