Verdict reserved in Ramzan Sugar Mill transfer case

LAHORE (Dunya News) - An accountability court in Lahore on Thursday reserved verdict in Ramzan Sugar Mill transfer case against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz.
Justice Zubair Shehzad Kiyani of accountability court conducted hearing of the case. PM’s counsel Anwaar Hussain appeared in front of the court.
During the hearing, court also accepted Hamza Shehbaz’s request for exemption from hearing.
The NAB prosecutor pleaded that case be transferred to the anti-corruption court while dispelling impression that the NAB had any objection to transfer of the case.
Later, the court reserved the verdict.
