PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Peshawar High Court has summoned Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case related to missing persons.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Advocate General came to the court at the directive of Peshawar High Court (PHC) Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim.

KP Advocate General mentioned that the law department was following the case, while the KP Chief Minister was busy in meetings.

The PHC Chief Justice ordered KP CM to present himself in his court. He remarked that he would ask the KP CM about the case as the case was long-delayed and hence, needed to be decided.

He further remarked that a citizen could not be re-arrested from outside the jail premises, once he was released on bail.

He reiterated that there would no compromise on the law and order, and ordered the KP Chief Minister to present in the PHC today.
