Sessions court grants interim bail to Aliya Hamza
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Lahore's sessions court on Tuesday granted interim bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Aliya Hamza.
A case was filed against her on the allegations of supporting Hamad Azhar to escape the Lahore rally.
The court has ordered the police not to arrest Hamza in any case till October 19.
Earlier, a local court of Islamabad also extended the interim bail of PTI leader Aliya Hamza in the controversial tweet case.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka heard the petition seeking interim bail of Aliya Hamza. She appeared in court with her lawyers.
Hamza's lawyers requested court to extend her interim bail till next week as they needed more time to prepare the case.
