ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A high-level delegation of PPP on Monday called on JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman at his residence to discuss the much-talked about constitutional amendment bill.
The PPP delegation was led by party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Talking to media after the meeting, senior PPP leader Khurshid Shah said that legislation is the prerogative of parliament.

“We came here to take Maulana into confidence over the proposed legislation,” said the PPP stalwart.
He added that the bill will be brought in the National Assembly after thorough deliberations with all the parties.

It was second meeting of PPP chairman with JUI-F chief during last 48 hours.
Earlier, Maulana had asked the ruling coalition to defer the legislation.
