PHC bins PTI petition for elections under supervision of judiciary
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The Peshawar High Court on Thursday dismissed a petition filed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) seeking the conduct of general elections under the supervision of the judiciary.
PHC’s Justice Shakeel Ahmed conducted the proceedings and announced the reserved verdict.
The PTI had filed the plea seeking the conduct of general elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the supervision of the judiciary.
