IHC to hear PTI chairman’s bail pleas on Oct 4
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court registrar office on Tuesday fixed the hearing of two applications filed against the bail rejection of the PTI chairman in the 190 million pound and Toshakhana cases.
The high court will hear the case on Oct 4 (tomorrow).
The bench comprising IHC Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Babar Sattar will hear the case.
The petitioner argued the NAB court cancelled the bail upon non-compliance by the PTI chief. The court demanded to declare the August 10, 2023 verdict null and void.

It was submitted that the interim bail plea of the PTI chairman should be accepted unless the final decision was made.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman was also made party to the case.
