SC orders compilation of list containing discrepant high court decisions
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court (SC) has reportedly ordered the compilation of a list containing discrepant decisions from the five high courts.
A circular has been issued by the SC Registrar Office in this respect.
According to the circular, there are appeals pending against certain decisions of the high courts, and a number of inconsistencies have been identified in these challenged decisions.
The circular instructs the preparation of a list highlighting the discrepancies in the decisions given by the five high courts.
The circular directs the office concerned to prepare and submit the compiled list within 15 days.
