Controversy postpones Lahore Bar Council elections till Jan 23
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Controversy mired the district bar elections prompting Punjab Bar Council Executive Committee to postpone the elections till Jan 23.
Reports said that when Chairman Election Board announced the victory of Rana Intizar of the Hamid Khan group, the opposing group started levelling allegations of rigging in elections followed by aerial firing by lawyers.
