One die, 10 injured as four-storey building collapses in Karachi

KARACHI (Dunya News) – A four-storey building collapsed in Karachi’s area Sanjrani Town in the wee hours of Tuesday. One man died and 10 got injured in the incident.
As per details, the recue team pulled out 11 people from the wreckage, while the injured were shifted to the hospital and one of the severely injured lost his life after reaching the hospital.
According to the residents of the area, more people are stuck inside the wreckage of the building.
Rescue sources say that an operation is underway at the scene to search for more survivors buried under the debris of the collapsed building.
It should be noted that the case against the builder of the building under construction in Shahra e Quaid is also pending in the Sindh High Court.
