LHC annuls delimitation of constituencies for local body elections
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Lahore High Court (LHC) annulled the delimitation of constituencies for the local body elections on Thursday.
According to details, Justice Jawad Hassan of Lahore High Court issued a 23-page written decision, in which the petitions against the delimitation of local body elections were accepted.
The court directed the petitioners to approach the Election Commission by June 14.
LHC also directed the Election Commission to hear the position of the petitioners and decide within a month as per the law.
