Man held for killing daughter, son-in-law over marriage choice in Karachi

According to the initial investigation, the accused, along with their other accomplices, killed the couple in the name of honour.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Police claimed to have arrested a man for allegedly killing his daughter and son-in-law for contracting marriage by choice, Dunya News reported here on Thursday.
Sudhir of Behance Colony had a court marriage with Saima two months ago.
According to his brother Sultan, Sudhir and Saima lived in the same neighborhood in Thatta. They had been living in Behance Colony after their marriage.

Sudhir and Saima were returning from a relative's house in Shah Latif Town on Wednesday night, where the girl's father and his accomplices shot and killed them.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Deedar and Ali Haider. Suspect Deedar is the father of the deceased Saima.
According to the initial investigation, the accused, along with their other accomplices, killed the couple in the name of honour.
