Security stepped up around Chashma Barrage
KANDIAN (Dunya News) – Security agencies have issued a threat alert on Punjab-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) border, Dunya News reported here on Monday.
With this alert, security has been tightened in Chashma Barrage and its surroundings.
SP Investigation Shaukat Ali ordered police to ensure safety for themselves and the area people.
He asked police officers to ensure security, adding there was no room for any negligence.
He urged them to foil nefarious designs of subversive elements, adding officers should be alert at check posts of the border of Punjab and have a vigilant eye on miscreants.
