Couple killed, child injured by firing of unknown assailants

KHAIRPUR (Dunya News) - A man along with his wife was killed by unknown assassins while travelling on Mehran National highway in Ranipur city of northern Sindh on Friday night.
According to reports, a man was traveling on bike with his wife and child at Mehran National Highway in Ranipur city, some 50 kilometres away from Khairpur city. The victim was shot by the unknown assailants riding a car near Nangreja stop.
The police have taken the dead bodies into custody and shifted them to Kot Deji Hospital for autopsy, whereas the injured child was being given medical aid. However the identities of both the deceased victims could not be ascertained yet.
