MALAKAND (Dunya News) - Robbers killed a retired dispenser for resisting during a robbery in Jalala area on Wednesday night.
The incident took place within the jurisdiction of the Jalala police where some robbers broke into the house and looted cash and valuables. Upon resistance, the intruders stabbed and killed a retired dispenser with knives and iron rods.
After the incident, the suspects successfully fled the scene. The family members and relatives of the deceased staged a protest by placing the dead body on the road and blocked the highway leading to Swat.
The protesters strongly criticised the police performance and demanded swift arrest of the culprits who are still at large.
