Gold price rises by Rs1,600 per tola in Pakistan

The price of 24k gold rose by Rs1,600 to Rs443,762 per tola in Pakistan. Silver also increased by Rs30 to Rs6,102 per tola. International gold and silver prices gained $16 and $0.30, respectively
ISLAMABAD (APP) - The price of per tola 24-karat gold on Monday increased by Rs1,600 to Rs443,762 compared to Rs442,162 on the previous day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also rose by Rs1,372 to Rs380,454 from Rs379,082, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased by Rs1,258 to Rs348,762.
In the international market, gold gained $ 16, setting at $4,214 per ounce.
Meanwhile, per tola silver also went up by Rs30 to Rs6,102, and the price of 10 grams of silver increased by Rs26 to Rs5,231. International silver prices rose by $0.30 to $58.30 per ounce.
