KARACHI (Dunya News) - Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a sharp decline on Thursday, with the per tola rate falling by Rs5,000 in the local market.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold dropped to Rs426,562 per tola after the latest decrease. Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of gold fell by Rs4,286, bringing it down to Rs365,708.
In the international market, gold prices also witnessed a notable decline, slipping by $50 to reach $4,042 per ounce.
The drop comes just a day after gold prices in Pakistan surged by Rs7,900 per tola, marking a significant fluctuation in the bullion market.
