PKR continues strenthening against dollar in interbank

KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Pakistani rupee maintained its upward trajectory against the US dollar on Friday, gaining another 0.37 per cent in the interbank market during early trading hours.
At 10:16am, the rupee was hovering at 291.90 with an increase of Rs0.88 against the greenback in the interbank market.
On Thursday, the rupee had appreciated 0.38 per cent to settle at 292.78.
The local currency has strengthened against dollar in recent days after hitting a record low of 307.1 in the interbank market on September 5.
