Aviation Minister briefed the meeting about progress in deals with IFC to outsource three airports
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar praised the plans of aviation ministry to revamp PIA during a meeting with the officials of aviation division. Plans to outsource three airports discussed.
Presiding over a session regarding the Civil Aviation, Mr. Dar assured the Aviation Division that any probable cooperation needed to revamp PIA will be provided. Federal Aviation Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique briefed the finance minister about the progress in deals with IFC to outsource three big airports of Pakistan.
The session was attended by the aviation minister, secretory aviation, Special Assistant Tariq Bajwa, special secretory finance and the senior leadership of aviation division.

The session also pondered on the plans to revamp PIA, discussed legal and financial challenges at hand. A detailed overview of challenges and opportunities in this regard was taken in the meeting.
