Israeli forces continue deadly strikes in Gaza and the West Bank, killing and injuring Palestinians despite ceasefire talks, with casualties now nearing 70,000 dead and over 170,000 wounded.
GAZA (Dunya News) – Israeli occupation forces have continued brutal assaults in Gaza and the West Bank despite ongoing negotiations and promises of a ceasefire.
According to Arab media, Israeli drone attacks persist in Bani Suhaila and east of Khan Younis. The Israeli military has claimed killing nine fighters trapped inside tunnels in Rafah.
In the West Bank’s Jenin area, Israeli troops shot dead two unarmed Palestinians at close range. Arab media reported the youths were prepared to comply with search instructions when they were killed.
Over the past two days, 25 Palestinians have been injured and 200 arrested in the West Bank.
The total number of martyrs has now reached 69,785, while 170,965 Palestinians have been wounded since the escalation began.
