GAZA (Dunya News) – Israeli forces continue to violate the Gaza ceasefire agreement as three more Palestinians killed within the past 24 hours, according to Arab media reports.
The reports state that Israeli troops targeted multiple areas across the Gaza enclave, resulting the deaths of three Palestinians.
Gaza’s Civil Defense Agency confirmed that rescue workers recovered two bodies from the rubble of a destroyed building in the western part of Gaza. Search and recovery operations are still underway in Khan Younis and other affected areas.
It is pertinent to note that since the Gaza peace truce signed, at least 236 Palestinians have been killed and over 600 injured by Israeli forces.
According to updated figures, the total death toll in Gaza has now climbed to 68,858, while 170,664 people have been wounded since the beginning of Israel’s military campaign started after October 7, 2023 Hamas attack on Israel.
Meanwhile, in the occupied West Bank, Israeli troops conducted house-to-house raids, arresting 21 Palestinians, including children.
Israeli forces also violated the Lebanon ceasefire, launching a drone strike on a car in southern Lebanon, killing four people.
Humanitarian organizations have condemned the ongoing assaults, urging the international community to hold Israel accountable for repeated ceasefire violations and escalating civilian casualties.
