Three killed and 11 injured have been reported in an explosion.

(Web Desk) - Three killed and 11 injured have been reported in an explosion in the internal compartment onboard the warship at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai.

According to sources at least three navy officials have died in the blast onboard Indian Navy destroyer INS Ranvir on Tuesday. And also the reports reveal that 11 navy personnel were also injured.

"In an unfortunate incident today at Naval Dockyard Mumbai, three naval personnel succumbed to injuries caused by an explosion in an internal compartment onboard INS Ranvir,” stated the Indian Navy. 

The Indian Navy further added that a bored of inquiry has been ordered to investigate into the cause of explosion.
