Pakistan’s Olympian hurdler Abdul Rasheed dies of cardiac arrest in Mian Channu; family and colleagues confirm. He competed in Beijing 2008 and won SAF Games gold.
MIAN CHANNU: Olympian athlete Abdul Rasheed passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest in Mian Channu.
His family, coaches and fellow athletes confirmed the news of his death.
Abdul Rasheed represented Pakistan at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and won a gold medal at the 2004 SAF Games. He was also a national champion in the 110m hurdles.
