BUENOS AIRES (Dunya News) – The national hockey team of Pakistan has arrived in Argentina for the first phase of the Pro League, set to take place from December 9 to 14.

During this phase, Pakistan will play two matches each against Argentina and the Netherlands. The first match is scheduled for December 10 against the Netherlands, a strong contender in the tournament.

Before departing for Argentina, Pakistan's team captain, Ammad Butt, expressed confidence in the team's preparation, stating that their focus is entirely on the Pro Hockey League.

He emphasized that participating in such high-level events boosts the players' morale, with each athlete striving to improve their performance.

He also stated that the team’s primary goal is to qualify for the upcoming Pro League, with efforts focused on addressing any shortcomings in their play.
