ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – All relevant bank branches have been directed to assist Hajj pilgrims in completing the Saudi visa biometrics process.

The decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Secretary of Religious Affairs Dr. Sajid Mahmood Chohan to review the ongoing Hajj operations.

During the meeting, it was decided to raise awareness about the importance of Saudi visa biometrics through the Pak Hajj App.

Additionally, all stakeholders were directed to provide effective awareness and facilitate pilgrims with the Saudi biometrics process.

A spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs stated that, for the convenience of the pilgrims, Tashir Centers would now operate from 9 am to 5 pm to offer biometric services. Furthermore, the ministry has decided to set up biometric assistance desks in various directorates.

Dr. Sajid Mahmood Chohan emphasized that the deadline for completing Saudi visa biometrics is February 17, and no extensions will be granted.

He urged remaining pilgrims to complete their biometric process at the earliest, as obtaining a Hajj visa without it will not be possible.
