Admission date for matric annual exams 2026 extended in Punjab

LAHORE (Web Desk) – The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) has extended the admission schedule for the SSC First Annual Examinations 2026 across all Punjab boards, according to a notification issued on November 26, 2025.

Under the revised schedule, students can submit admission forms with a single fee until December 10, replacing the earlier deadline of November 27. The deadline for submissions with a double fee has been extended to December 23, instead of December 11.

Meanwhile, candidates opting to apply with a triple fee can now submit forms until January 6, 2026, extended from the previous cutoff of December 24.

The PBCC also confirmed that the SSC Part II (1st Annual) Examination 2026 will commence on March 3, 2026. The updated notification has been circulated to all boards, controllers of examinations, and relevant authorities for implementation.
