RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – The Pakistan-Indonesia Joint Military Exercise Shaheen Strike-II was successfully conducted from 8th to 19th November 2025, with a focus on Counter Terrorism (CT) operations.

Combat teams from the Pakistan Army and the Indonesian Army participated in the exercise, achieving all training objectives.

The closing ceremony took place on Tuesday, attended by a General Officer from Pakistan as the Chief Guest, alongside senior military representatives from Indonesia. During the exercise, troops demonstrated high levels of professionalism, operational expertise, and coordination.

Shaheen Strike-II concentrated on refining drills, procedures, and techniques essential for counter terrorism operations. Special emphasis was placed on conducting missions in built-up areas and handling counter-improvised explosive device (IED) measures, ensuring readiness for complex operational scenarios.

The exercise also reinforced the longstanding military cooperation between Pakistan and Indonesia, highlighting the importance of joint training in promoting regional security and interoperability between the two friendly nations.
